Waterfront picnic area ; shared use w/ the other 3 condo units at Lakeside Ranch.
*NOTE* there is a private fenced grass area directly in front of the lower level condos that is only for the use of the lower condo unit , please don't go into that yard area.
Dock ; (shared) with swim ladder , boat use limited to loading and unloading.
Buoy ; one (1) marked "A"...suitable for smaller size ski boat in fair weather : anchor consists of 3 tires filled with cement..not a lot of weight.
