Parking - only two spaces are allowed per condo unit ; each unit has one(1) "assigned" covered parking space and one (1) additional space may be used in the oversized parking areas.
Two (2) parking passes are provided in the condo and "must" be placed in vehicles , while parked on Park Pointe property.
The oversized / auxilary parking areas are located at the far end of the B building (on the lower level) , and between the C & D buildings - and - at the far end of the D building (on the upper level).
If you have more than two vehicles (including trailors) it will be necessary for you to find parking for those elsewhere.
